4 methods, which will freshen your face for 15 minutes

When our work accumulates more than the leisure time or the complete recreation during sleep, our skin becomes grayish and lusterless. At that moment our whole face acquires a tired appearance. In these cases, we need a quick way to freshen up. Therefore, we offer the following four methods, with which you will rejuvenate the appearance of your skin literally for 15 minutes and only with natural means.


  • Mix finely chopped dill (or other fresh herbs), oat bran and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until you get a thick porridge. Apply the mixture after cleansing your face and massage with circular movements. Your skin will be cleaner and more clarified.


  • Dampen two small towels in hot water and place them vertically on your face so that they completely cover the forehead, eyes, cheeks and chin. After two minutes soak the same towels in cold water and place them horizontally. Wait for another 2 minutes. Afterwards your skin will look younger, more radiant and fresh.


  • Mash one ripe banana and mix it with 1 tablespoon of flour. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and neckline, and after 10 minutes rinse with warm water.


  • Grate the core of 1/2 cucumber. Wrap 2 tablespoons of the resulting puree in 2 separate handkerchiefs and place them on your eyelids. After 10 minutes rinse with lukewarm water.


Of course you should not forget that the appearance and condition of your skin is directly related to your way of life. In order to have beautiful, glowing, and especially healthy skin, not only of the face but also of the entire body you need to eat healthy and aim at having a well-balanced diet.


We know that we are repeating ourselves, but these things are of utmost importance. Mandatory drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day as well as tea and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Always try in your daily menu to be present foods from all the groups of nutrients. Emphasize on the fruit and vegetables and try to take time to exercise regularly. All this is beneficial not only to your skin but also to the whole organism.
