Masks for glowing and fresh skin during the winter

During the winter the skin often becomes pale, dry, flaking. To help it deal with these misfortunes you have to do 2-3 times a week a nourishing and a hydrating face mask in order to keep it elastic and smooth.

How to have  fresh skin in the winter?

Here are our proposals, according to the type of your skin:


Honey mask for dry skin


This mask is able to restore the freshness and radiance of the skin, as it saturates with useful substances the epithelia and subcutaneous tissue.

The recipe is as follows: mix 1 tablespoon of honey and one egg yolk. Apply on clean skin and massage with circular movements. Then leave the mask on the face for 15 minutes. After that rinse with warm water. Blot dry with a soft cotton towel and apply the cream you use with a gentle massage.


Carrot mask for combined skin


This mask nourishes the skin with vitamins and improves the blood circulation in the tissues. It is perfect for combined skin prone to flaking.

To comply with the recipe take a carrot and grate it with a fine grater. Then add 1 teaspoon of ground coffee. Make a slurry of the coffee and carrots. Apply the mask on your face for 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Dry and apply cream.


Mask with aloe for dry and normal skin


With fresh aloe juice can be made an excellent mask, which softens the skin, leaving it smooth and velvety.

How to make this recipe? You need nourishing cream – 1 teaspoon, which is mixed with 1 teaspoon fresh juice of aloe. The resulting mixture is applied to the face and left for 20 minutes. Then remove with a cotton swab moistened with warm water. Do not apply cream after the mask.


Yeast mask for oily skin


The yeast is very rich in vitamin B, which affects the color and clarity of the skin. But remember that in order to prepare the mask, you need fresh yeast.

20 grams of fresh yeast is dissolved in warm yoghurt with a consistency of thick cream. The resulting slurry is placed on the face (also on the neck and chest area). After 15-20 minutes, rinse with warm, then cool water and apply tonic on the skin.
